Gatorade versus Shot Bloks

Since someone again asked why I carry my own Shot Bloks rather than on-course Gatorade, I decied to make the following comparison between the two products.

It really comes down to that Shot Blox are less volume in my stomach, and I can actually pronounce and spell the ingredients. I highlighted some key differences between the various Bloks flavors:

Gatorade
(8 oz or 40% bottle)
Shot Bloks (3 cubes)

Lemon Lime
Margarita
