Off-Season Training (Germany & Austria)

I don't think street food qualifies as protein and carb-loading...but it tastes better than a bagel.
There's no numbered bib, but solo racing against the clock counts as training, right?
And it's always important to stay well-hydrated when training.
Nothing like a couple days at the Roman baths of Baden Baden, and the good food of Heidelberg, to rejuvenate the body.  This still counts as training...right?
